We are pleased to announce that we are adapting Spelman’s current outdoor masking mandate. Effective today, March 23, 2022, masking will be optional in
outdoor spaces.
For the duration of the spring semester, we will maintain the indoor masking requirement and continue our current weekly cadence of on-campus rapid and random PCR COVID-19 testing for students, staff, and faculty members.
Moving forward, we ask that you stay diligent in reporting for weekly testing. Your compliance helps our campus administration team move swiftly to mitigate any outbreaks and, ultimately, helps to ensure the protection of our community from widespread COVID-19 transmission.
